When a tech creates a note, we have "save and email" as the default option on the ticket. However, under "recipients" we always have to check "Client" to get the update to go to them.
Is there a way to default this?
Under ticket options -> tech options the field "Default Setting for E-Mail Recipients (No Tech Group) is set to Tech and Client.

Sorry to necro an old thread, but we want the same thing. We want the client to be notified via email every time we click save & email.
check settings under tech group / level -- should be able to default client there.
