I'm a bit confused here. I have set up a report for a given tech at a given location and it seems the results of the report are the same no matter what the date range is.
so it seems like no matter what date range i set, WHD is running the report for all the tickets.
what am i doing wrong? i only want a week of data, not everything.
In the Reports > Reports report list, do you have "Override Dates" set up at the top of the screen?
