Hi All,

We are running a test server, and suddently a lot of email-requests comes back with:

Subject: ERROR: Your support request could not be processed
Body: E-mail tickets are currently disabled for your account.

We have not disabled anything, emails are still enabled on the domains, and Email options look like this:

Create Accounts for Unrecognized Senders: Only if e-mail matches an Accepted Domain

Accepted Domains: humac.com, humac.dk, humac.no, humac.se

Location Domains: humac.com, humac.dk (Aalborg); humac.com, humac.se (Dalarna); humac.com, humac.no (Drammen); humac.com, humac.dk (Frederiksberg); humac.com, humac.dk (Gammel Mønt); humac.com, humac.dk (Lyngby); humac.com, humac.dk (Magasin, KBH); humac.no, humac.com (Mølleparken); humac.com, humac.dk (Odense); humac.com, humac.no (Oslo City); humac.com, humac.no (Ski); humac.com, humac.dk (Skovlunde); humac.com, humac.se (Stockholm); humac.com, humac.no (Ullevål); humac.com, humac.se (Uppsala); humac.com, humac.dk (Vejle); humac.com, humac.dk (Vesterbrogade); humac.com, humac.no (Vika); humac.com, humac.dk (Århus)
