Hi All,
Am I really the only one in the world that would like to change the way names og people are displayed??
I contacted Support, and got a reply that "That is not possible" - even when asking for it as a Feature Request..
Seems strange to me, as just about all other app's on the planet can change behaviors like this... after all, it is software, and something carved into stone.. !

I believe I know a way we can do what you want to do.
In Web Help Desk you can rename the text to be what ever you want so if we create a custom label file and just rename Last name to First Name and First Name to Last Name, and then have the names entered into the newly named fields things will appear on the system as you with to see them.
Please see the attached document for how to create a customer label file.

Thanks - well, I was actually looking through that file and didn't find the labels - so maybe I just need to get a pointer as to what lines/vars need change... :-)
I was quite puzzeled about the response from Support about this, as it would be natural to put things like this in the CustomLabels file..
