Time saving:
When clicking the Save/Save&Email buttons have an option or set default to automatically return to the list upon clicking instead of having to hold Shift and click.
Also, when holding shift, it selects the whole webpage...
Came here to post the same suggestion. Shift-click-save is great but it'd be really great to have a user preference to swap the behaviour (i.e. make shift-click stay on the page and regular click go back to the list view).
With the save button way down the bottom I've usually made all the changes I need to make by the time I hit save so there is rarely any reason to keep the ticket open.
