Is anyone else having trouble getting to much of the WebHelpDesk support site? For example, the FAQs or their own webhelpdesk? I'm getting this message
"We're sorry, we are currently unable to process your request. Please check your URL. If it is correct, try again in just a moment."
from a URL of "http://support.webhelpdesk.com/wo_adaptor_error.html"

No... I'm still getting the same page. I've tried different machines and different browsers. I guess it's just me though, since the forum does not seem to be full of angry pitch fork waving users. Well, at least not over this particular issue :-)
I'm getting the error also now... :(
We are aware this has happened a couple of times recently and are looking into the root cause. Will keep you posted.
