We use WHD in Switzerland and need to cater for 4 languages simultaneously. We translated the interface and all emails, but we are stuck with the inability to translate the FAQs and the request types.
We would need the client to see the request type in its native language and link to a common FAQ. In the present form, we have to show him a huge list of requests in four languages that is really confusing. Moreover, it makes statistical analysis of the requests by type impossible for us.
This is really a critical problem and a deal breaker. It is difficult to understand why the language support was made available in the emails but not in the rest of the program.
