Had some trouble connecting to the database after we changed our IP structure so I decided this would be a good time to upgrade to ver.11, tried to install over existing install but could not connect. backedup the webhelpdesk directory and did a clean install of ver.11 and copied over the whd.fb file to the new location and continue to get the "could not connect to the frontbase database" error, I change the host name to our new IP address, still doesn't work...how can I import this database?? thanks!>.

Sorry Terry, but the same issue happened on my install of version 11 yesterday with my Frontbase database and continues to refuse the connection. My contract is current and I'm not feeling the "lol" coming anytime soon.
"Unable to establish connection:Connection refused"
