We have a ton of Wireless AP's throughout 3 buildings. I was thinking it would be nice to keep track of WiFi problems to the entire network, since all of ours are managed through a single device. Instead of assigning 10 assets to 1 ticket (like I just did) I'd like to Group all of them together.
Same would apply to Labs
+1 - this would be handy for labs, carts, major product failures etc
